Award Ceremony – Dschang Science Competition

Celebrating excellence and empowering young girls in science.
Following the Dschang Scientific Competition, outstanding participants were awarded for their performance and commitment to STEM learning.

This initiative was successfully carried out in collaboration with our partners Diasporaine and ADRT, whose support continues to drive opportunities for young girls to thrive and lead in science.

Community Outreach – St. Kisito Orphanage, Yaoundé

A moment of solidarity and compassion during our visit to St. Kisito Orphanage in Nkolbisson (Yaoundé), where essential support was provided to vulnerable children and underserved communities.

Through this outreach, Leader Club Vogtois (LCV) continues its commitment to promoting social inclusion, well-being, and dignity for those in need.

LCV Annual Conference 2025 – Yaoundé

A high-level institutional gathering focused on Leadership, Social Innovation, and Associative Cooperation, aimed at strengthening collective impact within communities.

Held in Yaoundé, this conference brought together key actors committed to sustainable development and collaborative action.

This initiative was successfully organized with the support of our partners: Think Green, Project Management Institute Cameroon Chapter, AYAH Foundation, Hope Center, and ADRT (Association Développement Racines Technologies).

LEADER CLUB VOGTOIS

Leader Club Vogtois (LCV) is a legally registered community-based association in Cameroon, established in 2024 and headquartered in Yaoundé. Guided by its motto “Together as One,” LCV brings together committed individuals driven by a shared vision of solidarity, leadership, and sustainable development.

LCV envisions a society where youth and local communities play a leading role in sustainable development, social cohesion, and collective well-being. To achieve this, the organization promotes citizen leadership, active solidarity, and social innovation through impactful initiatives across key sectors including health, education, environmental protection, and youth and women’s entrepreneurship.

At the community level, LCV implements practical actions such as health outreach campaigns (screening, awareness, basic care), educational support, and social assistance to vulnerable populations, including orphans and underserved communities. The organization also fosters civic engagement, volunteerism, and leadership development, empowering young people and women to become active contributors to their communities.

In addition, LCV is committed to building strong partnerships with public institutions, NGOs, foundations, and private sector actors, in order to scale its impact and ensure sustainability. Transparency, accountability, and good governance are at the core of its operations, with regular reporting and a structured organizational framework.

Through its actions, LCV continues to contribute to inclusive and sustainable local development, placing people, solidarity, and impact at the heart of everything it does.
